Added functionality to all walling and editing tools to assign walls to the current level automatically, if editing on a map with multiple levels.

Added levels compatibility to Wall Review tool, Merge Walls, Fill Gap. The tools will now behave correctly (for example the gaps will only be detected on the same level, and clicking Show will now swap levels).
