Added Starfinder 2e support. SF2e support requires Starfinder 2e 1.4.0 or later (Foundry v14.365).

Fixed automatic counteract detection for non-English tables.

Fixed a bug where Auras with stage-like counters (Bless/Bane, etc) would be treated as afflictions.

Added automatic Source, Rank, Spell DC detection to spell effects being countered. This includes upcast spells, so the rank the spell was cast at is now automatically detected.

Added labeling to make it clear where the current DC is sourced from (DC by Level, Spell DC, Class DC, Static DC, Inferred from ability text, Manual Input, etc.)

Added Target/Source pickers to readjust the Target/Source mid calculation if necessary.

Added a display to show who created the effect/cast the spell you are counteracting. If the source of the effect can't be determined reliably, the display remains hidden.

Added an 'Undo' functionality to revert a counteract check, restoring an effect if one was removed.

Edited the Calculate/Chat message/Notifications to strip "Effect: / Spell Effect:" from counteracted effects beginning with "Effect: / Spell Effect:"
